Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

- Processing customer orders and ensuring timely data entry of sales transactions
- Maintaining detailed records of all data entered and updated

- Conducting periodic audits of data entries to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Providing exceptional support to customers via email and chat regarding data-related inquiries
- Assisting in the development and implementation of data entry processes and procedures
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute
