Job Overview
As a Data Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in extracting valuable insights from auctions, systematically organizing this information into our designated Excel templates, and collaborating effectively with our internal teams to ensure the precision of data posting. Key Responsibilities
* Extract and consolidate auction data into established Excel templates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Communicate auction data to internal teams for further processing and posting, fostering collaboration and open communication.
- Conduct thorough reviews of posted data to guarantee its accuracy by cross-referencing with original auction records, identifying potential errors and discrepancies.
- Identify, analyze, and rectify data discrepancies, including intricate errors in postings, and provide necessary updates or feedback to the posting team.
- Work in conjunction with the posting team to maintain accuracy and provide necessary updates or feedback, ensuring seamless data management.
- Keep organized records of auction data, posting results, and corrections implemented, facilitating data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
