Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Telehealth Support Agent, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinicians. Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process calls from patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinicians
- Provide exceptional customer care, responding to caller inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with clinicians and other support staff to ensure seamless communication and care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caller interactions, using our proprietary software and systems
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer care skills and stay up-to-date on industry best practices
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for advancement and career growth
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Accurate keyboard and typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer care
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare, customer service) preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role
- Experience working in a telehealth or call center environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
