Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
Customer Service
+ Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and chat. + Respond to all email and chat inquiries within 30 minutes. + Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism. + Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges. + Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
Product Expertise
+ Become a thorough expert on arenaflex's bedding client's product line, including materials, features, benefits, and care instructions. + Confidently answer product-related questions and provide recommendations to customers. + Stay up-to-date on new product launches and promotions.
Communication
+ Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in American English, both verbally and in writing. + Maintain professional and friendly interactions at all times.
Team Management (If applicable)
+ Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives. + Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback. + Ensure the team adheres to the 30-minute response time for email and chat inquiries.
Skills Required
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Experience

Compensation and Benefits
* Salary: $35,000.00 per month

* Fixed Shift: Monday to Friday
- Night Shift: Work from the comfort of your own home during our night shift hours.
- US Shift: Our team is based in the USA, and we're looking for candidates who can work during our US shift hours.
Expected Start Date
