Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Customer Service

+ Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and chat. + Respond to all email and chat inquiries within 30 minutes. + Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism. + Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges. + Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times.

Product Expertise

+ Become a thorough expert on arenaflex's bedding client's product line, including materials, features, benefits, and care instructions. + Confidently answer product-related questions and provide recommendations to customers. + Stay up-to-date on new product launches and promotions.

Communication

+ Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in American English, both verbally and in writing. + Maintain professional and friendly interactions at all times.

Team Management (If applicable)

+ Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives. + Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback. + Ensure the team adheres to the 30-minute response time for email and chat inquiries.

Skills Required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in American English.
  • Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: A quick learner with the ability to become an expert on arenaflex's bedding client's products.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, especially the 30-minute response time requirement.
  • Leadership Skills: (If applicable) Ability to lead and inspire a team.

Experience

We're looking for candidates with prior experience in customer service, preferably in the bedding or home goods industry. Previous experience managing a team is a plus, but not required. arenaflex provides comprehensive training on our bedding client's products to ensure your success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

* Salary: $35,000.00 per month

Schedule

* Fixed Shift: Monday to Friday

  • Night Shift: Work from the comfort of your own home during our night shift hours.
  • US Shift: Our team is based in the USA, and we're looking for candidates who can work during our US shift hours.

Expected Start Date
