Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing daily reconciliation/trade/transfer tasks for Alternate Investments, including refining trade buy and sell purchases in client profiles and recognizing/fixing breaks identified between arenaflex and the fund business or transfer brokers.
  • Handling Business Activity Events, settling/reconciling move activity, and processing/reconciling dividend activity.
  • Conducting investigation of complex/escalated issues, executing testing/validation of new technology improvements, and vendor adjustments.
  • Completing assignments in Exchanging, Dividends, Transfers, Settlement, and Business Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile.
  • Analyzing customer review of membership agreements or transfer requests, client/advisor amount exceptions, governing commitments, and reconciliation of Business, Returns, and Move Breaks.
  • Resolving internal/external body augmentations or concerns, source of breaks between arenaflex, the Fund, etc., and providing process or technology solution alternatives to management.
  • Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Contra Company, answering company companion questions relating to Fund specific requirements/eligibility, and providing follow-up on Substitute Investment transactions to expedite the customer request or remediate not in good order concerns.
  • Prompt and exact finalization of customer investing and returns demands.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data entry software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the financial services industry, particularly in Alternate Investments.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including creating and interpreting reports.
  • Certification in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
