Join Our Team
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Coordinator to join our Design & Evaluation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in tracking alumni employment and earnings data to measure the impact of our program on alumni careers. Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Data Integrity and Quality Control (50%)
+ Maintain data integrity through consistent monitoring and quality control. + Generate and clean extracts of Salesforce and other data to monitor data quality for analysis. + Use multiple methods to verify data and accurately enter alumni employment outcomes data to correct discrepancies and fill in missing data. + Ensure 100% data accuracy of fellows' employment updates from program surveys in Brightspace to Salesforce through ongoing data entry and updates. + Check to ensure 100% data accuracy at the transition from program to alumni stages (i.e., matching data between Brightspace LMS and Salesforce).
Data Collection and Reporting (30%)
+ Support administration of national post-program outcomes data collection (e.g., send employment survey, emails, texts) to ensure high response rates from fellows and alumni. + Pull monthly reports on new alumni (within 12 months of program completion) without employment verifications to share with Alumni Managers for verification updates. + Pull monthly reports on new alumni who are missing salary data and partner with the alumni team to verify and update in Salesforce. + Regularly monitor, update, and sync the "employer" fields in Salesforce to ensure accuracy in reporting.
Process Optimization and Collaboration (20%)
+ Collaborate with team members on the Alumni, Program Operations, and Partnerships team to optimize data collection and entry processes.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of experience in data entry and/or management, specifically using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and Salesforce to input and monitor data.
- Ability to plan for and execute processes that involve a variety of stakeholders with attention to detail and stellar customer service skills (e.g., solid follow up and follow through practices).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in relevant data management software (Salesforce preferred).

Residency Policy
All employees must reside within commuting distance (approximately two hours) of a arenaflex Program site located in the following cities: Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Bay Area and within the states of CA, CT, FL, IL, IN, NJ or NY.
