Job Summary:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our passengers receive exceptional service and support throughout their travel journey. You'll engage with customers via phone, email, and chat channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with booking, reservations, and other travel-related matters. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist passengers with booking flights, changing reservations, and managing travel itineraries

- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and loyalty programs
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and achieve performance targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
