Experienced Social Media Sales Specialist – Latin America Region

The Role

As a Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be part of our elite team of Chat Assassins, working closely with our client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to work with our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms to sell their coaching programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Start new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)

• Follow up with leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day)
• Grow your social media accounts organically (2 hours/day)
• Manage and communicate with your team daily (30 minutes/day)
• Collaborate with our client success team to develop effective sales strategies
• Meet and exceed sales targets to earn commissions and bonuses

Requirements

* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English

• Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
• Stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
• Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
• High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily

No previous experience is required

, but we're looking for individuals who are confident in their English skills and eager to learn and grow with our company.
