Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Offer product information and solutions to meet customer needs, using effective soft-selling and interpersonal communication skills
- Use effective communication skills to present and answer questions about services and products to customers
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Utilize arenaflex's CRM system to manage customer interactions and track customer history
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
- Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets, using effective sales and communication skills
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
- Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong PC skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, business partners, and co-workers
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote call center environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and holidays
