Your Impact
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, creating meaningful connections with each customer. Every interaction is an opportunity to introduce our latest technology, services, and offers, while delivering personalized recommendations to meet our customers' needs. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers, while meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your Day-to-Day
* Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and expert knowledge of arenaflex's products and services.
- Resolve complex customer issues, virtually, using various tools and resources, with quick access to engage with your manager or support team for assistance.
- Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on both products and services when issues arise.
- Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service.
What You Can Look Forward To
* Competitive hourly rate of $15.54 - $17.36, with additional compensation up to $3,000 when monthly sales goals and performance expectations are met.

What We're Looking For
* Call center or customer service experience.
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, with specific job assignments requiring day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours.
- Occasional overtime may be required.
Work From Home Requirements
* Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection).
- arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment (keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, etc.).
- Your workspace must meet WFH standards (technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.) and you'll participate in workspace audits (remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.).
