Your Role
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Remote Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via live chat, providing support and information on various inquiries on businesses' websites and social media platforms. Your role will involve:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, addressing both routine support questions and sales-related inquiries
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to senior support agents when necessary
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
Position Details

- Rate: $35 per hour
- Working Hours: Minimum of 10 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours
