Job Summary

As a Work-at-Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and sales interactions to hundreds of customers across the country. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences. This is a full-time and part-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
