Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and providing exceptional service via telephone
  • Reviewing customer history as necessary to ensure accurate and personalized support
  • Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
  • Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
  • Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records

About You

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Prior customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Strong geographical knowledge, with the ability to navigate complex travel itineraries
  • Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process customer requests and resolve issues
  • Easy to work with, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple applications and systems seamlessly
  • Highly proficient in using the internet and navigating between multiple applications

To ensure success as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need a computer and equipment meeting the following specifications:

  • Internet: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite)
  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above
