We specialize in sourcing off-market acquisition opportunities across all asset types nationwide. Our clients rely on us to build consistent deal pipelines that never hit the open market. The Opportunity We’re hiring a small number of licensed real estate agents to work directly on sourcing acquisition opportunities for institutional buyers. This is a part-time, work-from-home role designed for agents who:
- Want to stay active in real estate
- Are comfortable on the phone
- Are looking to break into higher-level commercial deals
You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging property owners to uncover potential sale opportunities—while our senior team handles the transaction process from there. What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to property owners (150 calls/day)
- Identify owners open to selling or exploring options
- Qualify opportunities and pass them to our senior team
- Build a pipeline of off-market deals for institutional clients
Compensation
Structure
- $2,000/monthly base
- 20% of total commission on deals you source
Average total commission per deal ~$200,000 Note: This role is structured for long-term upside. Many candidates maintain other income sources during the initial ramp-up period. What We Provide
