We’re looking for an experienced YouTube SEO specialist to help optimize and grow our podcast channel, *Tribute Band Sessions*—a fast-growing music interview show focused on the billion-dollar tribute band industry. Before jumping into execution, we want to start with a
paid consultation
to establish the best overall strategy, roadmap, and realistic growth expectations.
- *Phase 1: Consultation (Required First Step)**
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Audit our current YouTube channel and videos
- Identify missed SEO opportunities (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, CTR, retention, etc.)
- Recommend a clear, actionable SEO strategy tailored to our niche (music, interviews, tribute bands, entertainment industry)
- Provide guidance on:
- Keyword strategy & search intent
- Title structure (including click-through optimization)
- Description formatting for both SEO + conversion
- Tag strategy (and what actually matters in 2026)
- Thumbnail direction (from a CTR standpoint)
- Posting cadence & content packaging
- Outline a realistic growth plan (what results we should expect and timeline)

If the consultation goes well, we’re looking for ongoing support to:
- Optimize all existing videos (titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, etc.)
- Create SEO-driven titles and descriptions for new episodes
- Advise on thumbnails and packaging for maximum reach
- Track performance and iterate strategy over time
