Remote Grant Program Manager

Our client, a highly respected non-profit organization, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Remote Grant Program Manager to lead and oversee their grant-making initiatives. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere in the country. The Grant Program Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of grant programs, from identifying funding opportunities and developing program strategies to evaluating proposals, managing awards, and ensuring compliance with grant agreements. You will cultivate relationships with potential grantees, foundations, and community partners. A deep understanding of grant cycles, philanthropic trends, and impact measurement is crucial. The role involves analyzing program effectiveness, preparing detailed reports for stakeholders and leadership, and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and organizational policies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Non-profit Management, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in grant management, program development, or philanthropy is necessary.
