Key Responsibilities

As an Amazon Virtual Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges as per arenaflex policies and procedures.
  • Utilizing various software systems to manage customer interactions and track issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to address complex customer issues.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels as needed.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
