About the Role
As a Customer Experience Concierge in our Centurion Lounge, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our Card Members, acting as an ambassador of our brand. You'll work closely with your colleagues to deliver exceptional service, creating innovative solutions to meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations. Your passion for delivering extraordinary service will shine through in every interaction, making our Card Members feel valued, appreciated, and loyal to our brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and making loyal enthusiasts out of our Card Members
- Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
- Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations
- Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
- Accommodate the needs of our Card Members, partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners
Lounge Hours of Operation
Our Centurion Lounge is open from 05:30 AM - 10:30 PM, Monday - Sunday. Hours are subject to change due to business need.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred, including reservation experience
- A passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every single interaction
- The ability to listen to the customer's needs, offering confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction from the customer
- The utmost professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions
- The ability to rely and collaborate with your colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
- The ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, putting the Card Members' experience at the forefront of everything you do
- Resourcefulness and the ability to use the Internet effectively while providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment
- The ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease
- Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
- The ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks
Salary and Benefits
* $20.00 to $22.12 hourly + bonus + benefits
