Responsibilities
As a Customer Onboarding Strategist, you'll be responsible for:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
across the CEE market, understanding their business goals, and developing tailored strategies to help them achieve success.
Contributing to team performance
by consistently delivering against quarterly goals, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and sharing knowledge and best practices.
Crafting compelling pitches
that showcase arenaflex's product offerings and help clients achieve their performance goals.
Identifying creative ways
to improve client relationships, share performance improvement suggestions, and promote arenaflex products.
Analyzing data
to produce actionable insights and deliver data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to clients.
Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience
in advertising, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles, with a proven track record of meeting Business-to-Business sales goals.
Fluency
in a CEE language (e.g., Ukrainian, Slovak, Serbian, Croatian, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Latvian, Lithuanian) and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
