Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and policies in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assisting customers with booking and modifying reservations, providing personalized support to meet their needs
  • Handling customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy, resolving problems efficiently and effectively

Key Qualifications:

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
