Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless communication and issue tracking
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure that all clients receive exceptional service and support
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team to drive continuous improvement
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer support process and procedures

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to all customer inquiries and complaints within 2 hours

  • Resolution Rate: Resolve 80% of customer issues on the first contact
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): Maintain an NPS score of 50 or higher

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fully remote environment

  • Knowledge of customer support best practices and industry trends
  • Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.)
