Position Overview:

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately processing child support payments in the SDU system, adhering to our established Standard Operating Procedures. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Functions/Basic Duties:

* Process child support payments, both paper and electronic forms, in the SDU system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payment processing
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to payment processing
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including those related to data security and confidentiality

Desired Knowledge and Abilities:

* Knowledge of: + Policies and procedures involved in SDU payment processing + Thorough working knowledge of the arenaflex system + Modern office practices, procedures, and equipment

• Ability to:

+ Pay attention to detail and maintain accuracy in data entry + Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team + Meet stringent schedules and timelines + Work successfully in a fast-paced environment + Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines + Communicate effectively with colleagues and management

Education and/or Experience:

* High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year prior experience in data entry or a related field

• OR
• An equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the duties assigned

Language Skills:

* Fluency in English is required

Computer Skills:

* Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad

• Experience and knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
• Familiarity with online platforms and tools used for remote work

Work Schedule and Requirements:

* Must reside in one of the following states for consideration: AL, FL, GA, KS, MO, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, WV

• Successful candidate must be able to work the following schedule:

+ Monday - Friday: 4:00 am ET - 12:30 pm ET

• Must have a private area to work and space to set up equipment
• High-Speed Internet connection is required
