• Progress to a Phone Closer role, where you'll focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth
• Develop into a full-cycle High Ticket Sales Representative, where you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth

Your Responsibilities

As a Phone and Chat Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Qualifying prospects through cold calling, emailing, and messaging to understand their business needs and goals
• Successfully converting prospects into long-term business relationships through exceptional customer service and sales skills
• Meeting monthly and weekly sales goals, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions
• Providing customers with exceptional customer service, answering questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
• Growing customer accounts through low-ticket sales and collaborating with the sales team to share ideas and best practices
• Implementing effective organizational techniques for managing each stage of the sales cycle

Compensation and Benefits

As a Phone and Chat Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income, with:

• Hourly + Commissions
• Training: $150-$300
• $800-$1500 at Beginner Level (1-4 months in the company after training)
• $1600-$2500 at Advanced Level (5 months and onward)
• No cap on commissions – your earnings will highly depend on your performance

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience of at least 6 months in cold calling or similar sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• C1-C2 English
• Computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer
• Full-Time Availability
