Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through online chat platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers via chat to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Providing accurate information about products and services to enhance customer understanding
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in the support system
  • Assisting in troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through solutions

Requirements

To succeed as a Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:
