Job Summary
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of our company, handling a wide range of calls (inbound and outbound) that include order and delivery of equipment, scheduling, pick-up, maintenance, or changes in service. You'll provide expert assistance, act as a liaison between patients/care-givers, business clients, drivers, and operations, and promote health and wellness by guiding patients through their healthcare journey.
Responsibilities
* Handle a wide range of calls (inbound and outbound) that include order and delivery of equipment, scheduling, pick-up, maintenance, or changes in service
- Provide expert assistance, acting as a liaison between patients/care-givers, business clients, drivers, and operations
- Promote health and wellness by guiding patients through their healthcare journey, offering resources and information to ensure they get the very best care
- Document interactions, keeping accurate records of customer communications, ensuring all details are logged and tracked for follow-up or reporting purposes
Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED: Required
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle each call with professionalism even in a high-stress situation
- Flexible Schedule: Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call rotation
- Bi-lingual (Spanish): A plus, but not required
- Ability to Operate in a High Volume, Fast-Paced Work Environment: Adhere to established metrics and maintain a high level of productivity
- Reliable Internet Connectivity: Not a mobile hotspot
- Experience Operating in a Similar Remote Capacity: Preferred
