Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement effective solutions to customer issues, while maintaining a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and quality. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to health plan members, providers, and their representatives through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats

  • Answer and manage inbound inquiries regarding health plan benefits and claims, eligibility, medical and other healthcare procedures, billing and payments, and other related topics
  • Conduct outbound and/or return calls to customers, as necessary, to resolve issues and provide support
  • Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues to provide appropriate response and type of assistance the customer needs
  • Communicate and partner with customers tactfully and empathetically to resolve issues, using clear language to translate healthcare-related jargon and complex processes into simple, step-by-step instructions
  • Handle and process customer complaints/grievances while applying appropriate conflict management skills to de-escalate potentially stressful situations
  • Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, accuracy, quality, member satisfaction, and attendance

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a call center environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare industry

  • Knowledge of health plan benefits and claims processes
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation and Benefits

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of $17-$17.01 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you'll have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including:
