Position Overview

We are looking for an Experienced Amazon Seller Chat Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will provide exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat software. You will interact with visitors on our clients' websites and provide prompt and friendly customer service.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Amazon Seller Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information.
  • Assisting customers in making informed decisions.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service information.
  • Following up on customer interactions.
  • Providing personalized support to Amazon sellers, addressing their concerns and queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and suggesting improvements to our services and processes.

Contract Length

There is no fixed term for this position, giving you the flexibility to work on your own terms.

Pay Rate

The pay rate for this position is between $25 - $35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. We value our employees and strive to offer competitive pay rates to ensure their satisfaction.

Skills/Background Needed

To qualify for this position, you must have:

  • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions.
  • A reliable internet connection.
  • Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week.

In addition to these requirements, we are looking for individuals who possess the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills: You should be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers through chat.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: You should be able to think on your feet and provide solutions to customer issues.

  • Experience working with Amazon sellers and e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of Amazon policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
