As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to Arenaflex customers, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth package delivery. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Document delivery flow of packages into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery, providing support and guidance as needed
- Partner with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary, utilizing problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes

Essential Qualifications
* Ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively to customers and express empathy and understanding
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or logistics environment
- Experience with CRM software and tracking systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt
