Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on any unresolved matters to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve arenaflex's products and services based on customer feedback.

Essential Qualifications
