Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will work closely with our Service Technicians to troubleshoot and repair soft drink fountain machines, as well as perform routine maintenance tasks. This is a part-time remote position, requiring 8 hours of work per week, with flexibility to work on Saturdays and Sundays as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Work closely with Service Technicians to troubleshoot and repair soft drink fountain machines, including performing routine maintenance tasks
  • Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Remain positive, work as a team player, and create excellent customer-focused organizations

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays and Sundays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, or a related field)

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
  • Knowledge of soft drink fountain machines and their maintenance requirements
  • Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Technical Support Specialist (CTSS))
