Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent & Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately and efficiently processing customer data, including entering information into our database and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
