Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate - Work From Home, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing major business accounts and providing order management and customer care to the Corporate Sales Team
  • Providing exceptional customer service support, including inbound calls, emails, and customer service requests
  • Processing a variety of orders and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including the Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console, Viewer System Console, and Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce
  • Utilizing customer contact tools, such as the Customer Contact Tool, to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and effective customer support

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
  • A proven ability to use discretion in working with confidential information
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions
  • Extensive knowledge in order entry and customer service within CCS
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Knowledge of order entry and customer service processes within CCS
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
