Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. You will ensure a seamless experience for our customers, providing support and guidance during the moments that matter in their lives. Whether assisting customers plan for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during bereavements, you will be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans

  • Provide support and guidance to customers, ensuring a seamless experience during the moments that matter in their lives
  • Assist customers with planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during bereavements
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate and informed advice to customers
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex matters and provide outstanding service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry

  • Knowledge of life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans
  • Experience working in a contact centre or call centre environment
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to navigate multiple applications and systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
