Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Manager – Cybersecurity Questionnaire Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Complete cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, ensuring timely and accurate completion to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor incoming cybersecurity requests in a dedicated issue tracking tool (JIRA) and prioritize them with internal business leaders.
- Extract information from the archive of past questionnaires to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Coordinate final review with internal subject matter experts to ensure that all requirements are met.
- Record progress in issue tracking tool (JIRA) to track and analyze performance.
- Complete additional data entry tasks as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Maintain all required corporate training up to date, ensuring that you're equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
- Solicit input from subject matter experts as needed to answer questions and ensure accuracy.
- Complete data entry tasks with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Learn necessary procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology to stay current and adapt to changing requirements.
- Work on problems of limited scope, learning on purpose while gaining experience and developing your skills.
