Key Responsibilities:

As a Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling and responding to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and efficiency.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
  • Creating, adding, editing, and troubleshooting within client systems, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ years of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field.
