What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Inputting sales orders daily with a focus on accuracy, ensuring no more than 2 errors per month
- Setting up and maintaining standing orders for customers, including holds, releases, and additions
- Processing exceptions and handling related tasks such as creating credit memos and filing freight claims
- Attending scheduled meetings and maintaining a strong presence in the workplace
- Providing excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and safety standards
What is Required (Qualifications)
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- The ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a record free of serious injuries
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage stress while meeting deadlines
- Punctuality in clocking in and out for work and lunch, with minimal errors
