Join Our Team

We're currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team based out of our Dallas, Texas facility. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this person will be responsible for handling all customer product inquiries and orders, as well as following up with customers in a prompt and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing orders, quotes, credits, returns applications, and other requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicating directly with customers or sales representatives via telephone, electronically, or face-to-face to resolve inquiries and complaints
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Answering basic technical inquiries and directing advanced technical requests to the appropriate resource
  • Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Promptly responding and assisting customers with damaged shipments and/or mis-shipments
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments and outside vendors to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Monitoring product stocking levels and inventory turns to optimize cost, customer service, and machine utilization
  • Reviewing all product requirements and compiling them into efficient manufacturing schedules that optimize cost, customer service, and machine utilization
  • Performing other related duties as assigned to support the team and drive business growth

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of business-to-business experience in a manufacturing or electrical customer service environment (preferably)
  • Computer literacy and experience with Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage a variety of concurrent tasks in a fast-paced work environment
  • Time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong initiative and adaptability to change

Within the first 12 months, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and/or audit necessary standard work for new and existing tasks
  • Evaluate and propose necessary changes to reporting metrics and methods
  • Participate in in-person customer plant visits
