Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with product and process owners, Qualtrics specialists, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs

• Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels
• Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing & builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at daily intervals to business groups
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
