Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate - Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate support to their customers
  • Answering customer questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions to their queries
  • Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers, as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues
  • Following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in our support services

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience is required, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of 5+ hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week

* Previous experience in customer-facing roles or customer support

  • Knowledge of live chat software and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (training will be provided)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
