Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Associate - Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate support to their customers
- Answering customer questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions to their queries
- Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers, as needed
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues
- Following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in our support services
Essential Qualifications
* No prior experience is required, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Reliable internet connectivity and a device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Availability of 5+ hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
