Key Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone. Your primary objectives will be to:
- Answer customer questions and assist them with order placement and site navigation through phone, chat, and email
- Assist customers with making purchasing decisions
- Resolve any customer issues in a timely, upbeat, and friendly manner
- Manually place new orders
- Field customer questions, concerns & problems
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of arenaflex's products and relay this information to customers
- Develop rapport with customers to build trust and loyalty
Essential Qualifications

- A device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

- Reliable internet connection
