Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Answer customer questions and assist them with order placement and site navigation through phone, chat, and email
  • Assist customers with making purchasing decisions
  • Resolve any customer issues in a timely, upbeat, and friendly manner
  • Manually place new orders
  • Field customer questions, concerns & problems
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of arenaflex's products and relay this information to customers
  • Develop rapport with customers to build trust and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Close attention to detail and ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 7 hours of availability per day
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
