Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data records. This position is ideal for individuals who are meticulous, can work independently, and have strong organizational skills. You will manage a variety of data tasks, including entering invoices, tracking shipments, and updating customer information.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter and update data accurately and efficiently

  • Review and verify data for discrepancies or errors
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Assist with data management tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Follow data entry procedures and protocols
  • Meet daily and weekly data entry targets

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required
