Job Description: As a Live Chat Agent for arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our online chat portal. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that arenaflex maintains its high standards of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries swiftly and effectively. You'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. You'll be equipped with all the tools and training necessary to succeed, including a comprehensive onboarding program.
