Job Summary
We're seeking experienced, highly motivated individuals to join our team as Live Chat Agents. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their travel plans, flight information, and other inquiries. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner, assisting customers with booking flights, modifying reservations, and understanding travel policies, and providing accurate information regarding flight status, schedules, and services.
Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Proficient in English; additional languages are a bonus
* Strong written communication skills
* Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
* Reliable high-speed internet connection
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Customer service experience preferred
