Key Responsibilities
As a live chat support specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing online support to customers via live chat, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshooting customer issues according to established procedures
- Documenting problems, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference
- Collaborating with supervisors to resolve complex customer issues
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
- Working independently to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective issue resolution

Skills and Background
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
- A reliable internet connection
- 20+ hours of availability per week
- The ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Hours and Location
* Hours per week: 20 – 40 hours per week
