Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Incoming Calls, Emails, Chats, and/or Interactive Voice Response Systems: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a clear and concise manner.
- Learn and Follow Customer Service Procedures and Policies: Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate and informed support.
- Meet and Exceed Personal and Team Target Goals: Strive to achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Record, Organize, and File Customer Interactions and Account Changes: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, including account changes and updates.
- Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex's products and services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Schedule Call Backs and Appointments: Arrange call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide additional support.
Requirements
* Previous Experience in Customer Support, Client Services, Sales, or a Related Field: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, via email, chat, and other communication platforms.
- Basic Computer Skills and Experience: Proficiency in using computer software, including CRM systems, email clients, and other productivity tools.
