Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships, and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools, and handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
  • Utilizing CRM systems and practices to track customer interactions, identify trends, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, and escalating issues to senior management as needed
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
