Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish Part-Time Customer Service Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Taking incoming calls from customers in both Spanish and English, providing product knowledge, and resolving customer concerns in a friendly and caring manner
  • Crafting acceptable solutions to address customer needs, demonstrating empathy and understanding in adverse environments
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to offer tailored solutions and anticipate customer needs
  • Navigating multiple software applications and systems with speed and accuracy, employing quick problem-solving skills to provide efficient solutions
  • Possessing a normal typing speed, ensuring accurate data entry, and strong spelling and grammar skills for professional written communication

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, verified during the interview process
  • Friendly and caring tone, engaging with customers in a friendly, approachable manner
  • Knowledgeable care for various customer needs, maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
  • Ability to display empathy in adverse environments, showing composure in challenging situations
  • Efficiency in navigation, navigating multiple software applications and systems with speed and accuracy
  • Typing and language skills, possessing a normal typing speed and strong spelling and grammar skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a bilingual environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Scheduling Requirements

As a Bilingual Spanish Part-Time Customer Service Agent, you will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with a minimum of 8 hours on the weekend. Available shifts include:

  • Monday: 4:00am-8:00am
  • Friday: 4:00am-8:00am
  • Sunday: 4:00am-8:00am

Technical Requirements

To work from home, you must meet the following technical requirements:

  • Computer requirements and internet speed will be verified, if interviewed
  • Computer specifications:

+ Windows 10 or 118GB of RAM/memory or higher + Processor must have CPU benchmark score of 2,000 or higher

  • Additional hardware:

+ Webcam (external or built-in is okay) + USB headset (wired)

  • Internet speeds:

+ Ping under 100 + 10mb download + 5mb upload
