Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer support to clients across various industries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and address customer needs
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues, including those related to virtualization, cloud computing, and data analytics
• Developing and delivering training programs to customers and internal teams on arenaflex products and services
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer experiences and drive business growth
• Working closely with product development teams to identify and prioritize feature requests and product enhancements

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in customer-facing or support roles, with a focus on virtualization or cloud computing
• Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud marketplaces, distributed computing, and data analytics
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
• Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and data streaming technologies

Preferred Qualifications

If you have:

• Experience with engineering configuration, execution, tuning, and composition planning of distributed systems
• Experience in specialized business or expert counseling in distributed computing, data analysis, and big data
• Experience creating data warehousing, data lakes, and data streaming solutions on cloud-based platforms
• Strong understanding of distributed computing, cloud marketplaces, and client purchasing behavior
• Experience with data perception devices, data administration, and data migration on cloud-based platforms
