Responsibilities

- Assist Spanish and English-speaking customers effectively, providing support in multiple languages
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and attention to detail
- Provide top-notch client services, resolving inquiries promptly and professionally
- Work in a call center setting to address customer needs, handling a high volume of calls and interactions
- Handle general office tasks as needed, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records

Skills and Qualifications
