Job Summary

As an experienced customer service representative, you'll be responsible for managing inbound calls in a timely manner, providing solutions to customers' issues, and building sustainable relationships with our clients. This role requires strong phone and verbal communication skills, active listening skills, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound calls in a timely manner, following established call flow "scripts" when handling different topics

  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
  • Troubleshoot basic computer issues and provide technical support to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to understand and address customer concerns
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with call center software and technology
  • Basic computer troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
